At the Order of Malta Clinic of Northern California, volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and others make it possible for uninsured and underinsured adults to receive the medical care they need, completely free of charge.

Whether you’re actively practicing, recently retired, or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back to the community, we invite you to join a committed group of medical professionals who believe everyone deserves access to care.

QUALITY CARE STARTS WITH YOU

For many of our patients, the Order of Malta Clinic is their primary source of medical care.

We provide free preventive and primary care along with more than 12 specialties, including cardiology, dermatology, neurology, ophthalmology, gynecology, orthopedics, podiatry, urology, and hepatology.

Volunteer medical professionals – including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical support staff, and administrative assistants – are integral to making those services possible.

As we expand our offerings and care for more patients, we are actively seeking physicians to join our volunteer team.

While we are actively recruiting physicians, the Clinic relies on volunteers throughout the organization.

We also welcome inquiries from nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical support professionals, and administrative volunteers interested in supporting our mission.
